7:00 AM, 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM

Fun workout, adaptable for all fitness levels. Incorporates resistance equipment with aerobic/dance type moves.

Stretch and Relax (30 mins)

Monday | Wednesday | Friday

Noon and 6:00 PM

Enjoy this restful class which includes standing moves and mat work.

Core Strength Training

Saturday (30 mins Core and 30 mins Stretch)

Core strength training starts with low-intensity exercises to improve muscle balance, muscle endurance, core function, flexibility and posture.
