Super Circuit (exclusive to Fast and Fit) (30 mins)

Saturday

Fun workout, adaptable for all fitness levels. Incorporates resistance equipment with aerobic/dance type moves. Beginners must be trained before attending their first class.


Stretch and Relax (30 mins)

Core strength training starts with low-intensity exercises to improve muscle balance, muscle endurance, core function, flexibility and posture.
